Week 5 Training

Aarrgghhhhhh!
5 minutes running at a time is a massive stretch for me right now, but have completed week 4 training runs, 3km in total x 3.
Week 3 I did twice as 3 minutes was such a stretch that 5 minutes was out of the question!
Still made it this week and now on to week 5.
